Events

Terminology

• Total notifications sent: The total number of notifications sent out through Events.
• Employees reached: The total number of employees who received the notifications.
• Total notifications engaged: Number of notifications where a link is clicked. Note that not all Events use cases have links set up, in which case the engagement will be 0.
• Notifications per recipient: The average number of notifications each employee (those who were reached by this use case) received. This provides a signal on the level of noise this use case generates.
